How can I schedule an appointment?
If you would like to schedule an appointment with WNY Medical, PC please call the office of your choice during regular office hours listed here. If for any reason you must cancel your appointment, please notify your doctor’s office as soon as possible. This will allow WNY Medical, PC to ensure the health care needs of other patients are met.
How can I prepare for my office visit?
On your first visit to WNY Medical, PC please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment so that you have time to register with the receptionist. The receptionist will ask you to complete a registration form in order to establish your medical record and obtain your current insurance information. In order for the receptionist to best help you, please bring your current insurance card(s), along with your co-payment. On future visits, the receptionist will ask you if there are any changes in name, address, telephone number, and insurance coverage since the last time you were in the office. You will be better served if you notify the receptionist of any of these changes. This information will guarantee that you have received appropriate medical care and that the services received are covered by your insurance company.

Do you take Medicaid or Medicare?
